ReplyDeleteOkay - it worked. Wow, you got this sermon up and running quickly. I really liked the sermon but I never would have equated grits with grace. I don't like grits at all, but I love grace. Great example though. I was glad my son and family from Bellevue were able to be there and to meet you afterward. Jenny just devoured your book tonight and I've ordered copies for both my sons and for us. I borrowed LaVae's last week.

ReplyDeleteI figured that for some "grits", especially when described as a "grey and white glob", wouldn't elicit a sense of, "ah, yes, thank you--I need some heavier carbs with this meal"! But I figured, we have more weeks in the series and more (other) glimpses to share... :^ )
